Which of your classes is best suited for me?
Schedule a complimentary 15-minute consultation with me to find the class that suits you best. If you're new to wellness, I recommend beginning with either the Elevating Self-Care or Elevating Mindset Masters classes. Another gentle introduction could be a three-hour Mini Workshop.

Can I book a private class?
Certainly! You can definitely arrange that! If there are fewer than five participants for a private class, there will be an increase in price. However, if you can gather at least five to eight participants, the rates will remain consistent with the advertised prices for the classes. I enjoy providing these classes for professional development days and can customize them to meet your professional needs!
Can I access your online classes at any time?
Currently, you can only participate in scheduled online classes. These live, interactive sessions provide the opportunity for customization to meet your specific topic needs.
Are these classes therapy?
These classes incorporate a therapeutic aspect but are not a substitute for individual therapy. Nonetheless, they can complement any mental health therapy you are currently receiving. As a social worker with a master's in clinical specialization and a counsellor in private practice, I am well-equipped to support your mental health needs and those who may need additional assistance and resources.

What do I need to participate?
All online classes will take place on Zoom. You'll need a device such as a phone, tablet, or laptop equipped with a camera, audio, and microphone. Please ensure that your device has granted access to these features. Additionally, a stable internet connection is required. I recommend a quiet space with minimal distractions and interruptions to maximize your learning experience.
