Service Description

Communication is essential in relational development, personally and professionally. Communication is something that connects and can quickly divide us. Learning key components and skills in communication can provide the best chances for quality connection. In this Master Class, you will learn how to communicate effectively so you will know you are clear and have the best chances for conflict resolution and effective negotiation. All done through my five-step process. This will empower you to integrate communication into key aspects of your life. In this class, you will meet weekly for five weeks in a live online group setting with no more than eight students. I will facilitate classes along with my workbook. In addition, you will meet 1:1 virtually with me weekly for 30 minutes to address your unique self-care-related needs.

Cancellation Policy

I want to serve you the best I can and to do so, I need your commitment to the full course for you to get the most out of it. Once the course has started, I do not offer refunds. I understand extraordinary circumstances unfold in one's life so that I will consider a future credit in another class. I also require 72-hour notice if you cancel, I can open the opportunity to others and recoup both monetary and time costs. If cancelled after 72 hours before the course, I will be taking a 10% deposit.
